HK/Mexico City via Shanghai
Upon arrival at Mexico City International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel to check in & overnight.

Day 02
|
Mexico City Tour – National Museum of Anthropology – Teotihuacan
After breakfast, heading to Zocalo, the main square of the country, the ruins of the ancient Aztec city of Tenochtitlan, the National Palace. See the murals of Mexico’s greatest artist, Diego Rivera. Visit Mexico City’s National Museum of Anthropology in Chapultepec Park. See archaeological treasures of pre-Hispanic civilizations. Then visit ancient Teotihuacán, 80 km from the Mexico City, the sixth largest city in the world in 400 A.D., Visit the Jaguar Palace and the Temple of the Plumed Conch Shells. See the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon. Walk the Avenue of the Dead, flanked by temples and palaces. Return to the hotel.

Day 03 |
Puebla – Oaxaca
After breakfast, start the journey toward Caribbean coast. Morning drive to visit the historic center of colonial Puebla (about 125 km), a UNESCO World Heritage site. Puebla is the city of the clean air and of a quality of life, the city of the legendary chocolate sauce of “mole”. Further travel to Oaxaca (about 363km). Arrival to the hotel.

Day 04

Monte Alban – Tule – Tehuantepec
After breakfast, drive to Monte Alban (about 10km), it is strategically situated at 2000 m above the sea-level and used to be a religious center of the tribe of Zapotecs. Fascinating in its geometry, the city contains the ball games field, the observatory, the world-famous wall portrayals of the dancers etc. Arrival to the city of Tehuantepec (about 250km). Check-in to the hotel.

Day 05

Cañon de Sumidero - San Cristobal de Las Casas
After breakfast, going to the famous Mexican Canyon of Sumidero by land (about 370km), further - by the water boats. You will be amazed of the exotic vegetation, caves and altars - Canyon of Sumidero is one of the most fascinating places in Mexico. Again by land to the most Indian city, the former capital of the state of Chiapas, the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas. Check-in to the hotel.

Day 06
|
Waterfall Misol – Ha - Palenque
After breakfast, tour to the most “Indian” city of Mexico with a visit to its market. Visit to the Indian villages of Zinacatan and San Juan Chamula. Visit Waterfall Misol – Ha (about 220km). Arrival to Palenque, check-in to the hotel.

Day 07 |
Palenque – Campeche
Visit to the archeological center of Palenque, one of the most magnificent places of Mayan civilization. This City- Mystery is drowning in lianas of the tall jungles of Chiapas. Traveling through the picturesque road along the gulf of Mexico you will arrive to the city of Campeche (about 365km), famous by its 17th century walls. Check-in to the hotel.

Day 08

Uxmal – Merida
Enjoy a completely different landscape, get to know the city-port, known by its piratical past. Drive from Campeche to Uxmal (about 171km), Uxmal is an incredible representative of the architecture of Puuc, containing oval in its foundation Pyramid of the Wizard, the Governor’s temple with its 365 masks of Chaak, the god of rain, the Nuns’ Square, the Temple of Turtles etc. Then heading to Merida (about 80 km). Check-in to the hotel.

Day 09

Chichen Itza – Ek Balam – Cancun
Having traveled through the fields of henequen, natural fiber, which used to be the foundation of economy of Yucatan, you arrive to Chichen-Itza (about 107 km), a NEW WORLD WONDER, a representative of Mayan - Tolteque culture. Then going to the underground lakes. Temples, which are considered as belonging to the classical and post-classical periods did not arrive to see Spanish as were abounded by its population because of unknown reasons. Arch-astronomy was born in one of such cities. Philosophy and history as one. View the Pyramid of Kukulkan, “the feathered serpent”, of the ball games field, of the observatory etc. Swimming in the cenote of Ik-Kil, “a place where the wind is being born”, and the Yucatan most beautiful karsts lake. Then driving to Ek Balam (about 50km), the archeological center with its fantastic discoveries of the last decades, turned upside down the usual understanding of the Mayan culture. Only the “Kremlin” is open to our view while the rest of the city is resting under the jungle cover. You will see Acropolis, Ball Game field, The Twin Buildings, Observatory, and Temascal. Arrival to Cancun(about 180km).

Cancun - Mexico City (AM444 13:37-16:03) Mexico City - HK via Shanghai
Take domestic flight from Cancun to Mexico City, then take international flight of Aero Mexico to Hong Kong.
