Sipadan Island has been indisputably the most famous scuba destination in Malaysia and was listed as 'The Top Dive Destination in the World'. It involves plenty of big fish encounters - barracudas, large schools of jacks and marauding bumphead parrotfish. PLUS, you'll see turtles everywhere. Permits are limited to 120 per day.
