Upon arrival at New Delhi International Airport (T3), you will be met by an Inspired Journeys
representative and be assisted for the check in at the hotel.

IN DELHI

After breakfast, meet with your guide and proceed with the sightseeing tour of the city. Your tryst with Delhi, begins with visit of Old Delhi’s Jumma Masjid. Jama Masjid, the great mosque of Old Delhi and the largest in India, with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees.

Enjoy cycle rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk, meandering through the hustle and bustle of thronged bazaars laced by a maze of narrow lanes. Feel your senses come alive as you come across the many wonders that the amazing walled city has to offer.

Later proceed for a visit of New Delhi visiting Humayun’s Tomb, the first garden-tomb in the Indian subcontinent and the inspiration for several monuments including the Taj Mahal. Drive around India Gate and other stately buildings to witness the colonial grandeur of Delhi. End your tour at the Qutub Minar, one of the finest Islamic structures ever raised in India.

DRIVE DELHI TO AGRA

Today you will be driven to Agra (4 hours). On arrival you will be met and check in at the hotel. Later visit of Agra Fort & all the elegance, lavishness and majesty of an imperial palace.

DRIVE AGRA TO RANTHAMBHORE

Visit the Taj Mahal at dawn when it emerges from the night ahead of the sun whose first pale rays make it appear as it were moving. (Taj Mahal remains closed on Friday). Return to hotel for breakfast. After a sumptuous breakfast, you will be driven to Ranthambhore. (Approx. 7 hours’ drive). Upon arrival, check in process in the hotel.

This day early morning & afternoon, embark on an exciting canter safari into the Ranthambhore National Park. This National Park is one of the finest tiger reserves in the country and one of the best places in the country to see majestic predators in the wild.

DRIVE RANTHAMBHORE TO JAIPUR

This morning you will be driven to Jaipur (approx. 4 hours). Explore the colourful bazaars of Jaipur for ethnic clothes, gems, carpets, footwear.

Start your day at the Palace of Wind (drive past and photo stop) and the Amber Fort followed by one way Elephant ride; this is one of the most fascinating of the Indian forts Afternoon, visit the City Palace & Jantar Mantar- the Observatory that incorporates multiple buildings of unique geometrical forms, each with a specialized function for astronomical measurement.

Today proceed for the visit of the City Palace, which is the largest in Rajasthan. In size and outline the City Palace and its subsidiary palaces bear a resemblance to the Windsor castle in England. You will also see lovely medieval Jagdish Temple. In the evening unwind with a calm and tranquil boat ride in a traditional Shikara along the waters of Lake Pichola. Soak up the glowing Rajasthani sunset with canapés and watch the stars appear. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
